The Valley boys golf team is moving on to State! Here are the results from the Class 4A District Meet at Fort Dodge Country Club. The Tigers won the 13-team meet with a great score of 292, beating #1 ranked Johnston by 5 strokes, advancing to the State Tournament!
Congrats to CT Norris for shooting a great round of 71, earning him District medalist honors. Way to go, CT! Cade Sunde also led the Tigers placing 3rd overall with one-over par 72! Aidan McGreen had a nice round of 74, finishing 7th individually. It was definitely a team win!
The Class 4A State Golf Championship is October 6-7 in Ankeny. They will play at Otter Creek Golf Course starting at 10:00 AM on Friday.
